Barney Ehrmann

Barney Ehrmann is the InSideOut Initiative’s Movement Leader and responsible to provide strategic leadership and oversight necessary to fulfill the Initiative’s mission, growth, and sustainability. Barney is a 2012 graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a major in Management. Before joining the ISOI team, Barney was a corporate recruiter providing talent solutions to technology, digital media, and professional services companies.

Barney attended the Gilman School in Baltimore Maryland where he starred in football, basketball, and lacrosse. He was unanimous All-State DE football player and co-captained his team to a #12 national ranking. Barney went on to play lacrosse at Georgetown University where he was team captain, team MVP, four time All- Conference selection, and three time All-American (HM). Barney played professional lacrosse for the Chesapeake Bayhawks, winning two MLL championships and was voted to the MLL All-Star team.

Barney currently resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife, Devon, and  daughter, Emma Peach, and coaches lacrosse at the high school, club, and youth levels.
