Johnna Harvey runs the InSideOut Initiative front office. Johnna has been in a supporting role for Joe Ehrmann for over a decade. As Joe’s executive assistant, she secured his speaking engagements and coordinated all of the details. When the InSideOut Initiative was developed, Johnna’s role grew to include all of the duties of the front office. Prior to joining Joe, Johnna was an office manager for 20 years. She has witnessed her children struggle with transactional coaching and has always been an advocate of creating a caring community.  She used the ISOI principals as the Director of her daughter’s cheerleading program.  Johnna still lives in her hometown of Norrisville, Maryland, with her husband, Jeff. They are proud of the people their children, Julz and Grant have become.
