From pro and college football to state government, Maureen’s career has offered diverse and rewarding experiences. Underpinning those experiences is a commitment to serving others. With former Baltimore Colts, she co-founded Fourth & Goal, a nonprofit dedicated to improving health care for former NFL players and raising funds to assist those in need. After 10 years as deputy director of media relations and public affairs for a Maryland state agency, Maureen recently formed Castleconnor Communications, named in honor of her Irish immigrant great-grandfather’s homeland and serving clients in the private and non-profit sectors.
