Russ Reetz
Russ Reetz has been a Partner AD with the InsideOut Initiative since 2015. He works closely with school administrators in the states of Colorado, California, Georgia and State of Washington. Reetz has developed tools for AD’s to aid in the hiring and evaluation of transformational coaches. He has authored several articles outlining & implementing the ISOI 5-step pathway, the equation for change and earning permission to lead from the ‘middle out.’ Russ has a decade worth of experience leading education based athletic programs. He is currently the Associate Principal of Activities and Athletics at Eden Prairie High School in Minnesota. Reetz is servant leader with a purpose of leading to improve student experiences by modeling love, empathy, service and instilling value in all.
Russ is an active member of the Minnesota Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association and a former Minnesota State High School League board member. He serves on the Coaches Education faculty for the MSHSL and has helped certify over 2000 new head coaches using the ISOI curriculum. Reetz is committed to making room in today’s ‘win at all costs’ culture for purpose-based athletic experiences. Russ and his wife Dana live in Prior Lake, MN with their two children, Lane and Rian.
