Scott is husband to Allison and father to Fisher and Hart. The Hearons live in Nashville, TN with their black lab, Ranger. For work, Scott is an entrepreneur who is passionate about building communities that help leaders become the best version of themselves. He is the co-founder and executive director of the Nashville Coaching Coalition, a social and emotional health organization committed to developing full-hearted athletic coaches who prepare young people for life. He is also the Chief Operating Officer for The Leadership Lab, a boutique consultancy for successful business leaders who are committed to living meaningful, impactful and influential lives.
